1.In China,government will pay health insurence for staffs,students will be asked to pay for it inculding in their tution,another people will pay it themselves.
2.strengths:As it is expensive to see a doctor, health care system can help you to save money.
weakness:sorry, I don’t know.
3.Make sure folks areturethfully understand the benifit of health care system.
4.To be honest, I really don’t know health care system too much neither China nor Unite States, so I don’t know how to answer this qustion.

I mean, if you see a doctor，you probably ask to buy some medicine in hospital.But last year,Chinese government put forward a series of policies to sovle this problem, especially for peasant.
